An Experience

On Friday I had the privilege of distributing our seminar fliers with Naomi and Tony, one of the bible workers here in Southport.  As we were asking permission to advertise our fliers in the different shops around town, it seemed as if every one of our requests were being met with reluctant submission as the owners looked at us with annoyance at our invasion.  Shaking off any feeling of discouragement, we continued on.  While passing by one of the old Catholic churches, Naomi and I decided to see if it was open so that we could take pictures.  To our surprise, we were met by a very friendly man who invited us inside to take a tour.  After we finished snapping pictures and admiring the beautiful architecture, we shared with him our fliers and the different activities we would be doing in Southport.  He accepted our invitation to the seminars so I’m praying that he’ll follow up with his commitment.  On top of that, he offered to place a stack of our fliers on their information table to be distributed during their Sunday service.  Our faces were beaming with joy as we walked down the steps of that church thanking God for His divine appointment.  This is only one of the many experiences that we have had while promoting our seminars. Please continue to pray for us as we begin our health seminars tonight and also for the people who will be attending our program.
